P.M. Lighting, LLC is always looking for good people to join our team. Our company hires individuals for many areas of manufacturing including Metal Forming, Assembly and Press Operators. We also have a standalone division in the greater Nashville area that designs, sells, installs, and services low-voltage lighting systems direct to homeowners.

Production candidates should possess a solid knowledge of and experience with metal stamping, forming and general metal fabrication. Experience in machine maintenance and repair is a plus. Candidates should also have a thorough understanding of and appreciation for processes and procedures can follow written standard operating procedures. Additionally, candidates should possess good people skills and must be able to work in a team environment.
